Scholarship Description: MacBain research scholarship in Biology having special reference to Australian forms of life. Scholarship rotates annually between the School of Botany, the Department of Zoology and the Department of Genetics. The scholarship will be awarded to an eligible candidate recommended by a committee chaired by the appropriate head of department/school. Selection will be based on excellence, including:- Highest grades in the student’s most immediate studies leading to the research higher degree; Quality and quantity of publications during the research higher degree; Conference presentations during the research higher degree; Reference from the research supervisor.
